  • Please Note: Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any incovenience and wil do out best to assist you.
  • We do offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States(Exception: Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO, FPO, DPO  and P.O Boxes).
  • Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada there will be $8.00 flat rate standard shipping charges. Please allow extra 1-3 business day shipping time.
  • All orders placed before 4:00pm(PT)/7:00pm(ET) will ship out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the following day.
  • All Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
  • Weekends and holidays are no business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing orders. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
  • Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • All orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
  • Charming You is NOT responsible for:
    • Delays with UPS/USPS shipping.
    • International Duties or Customs charges.
    • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
    • Product marked delivered, you will need to contact your local post office regarding your package.
  • Lost Packages
    • Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
  • Order tracking is available at TRACKING ORDER in footer section OR click (HERE). Please use your tracking number or order number to track your order in the link. 
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us. Please allow 1-4 business days for you tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If you tracking information confirms that the items has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact us or the carrier directly to investigate this issue.

  •  Signature Required
    • When is order is valued at $200 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
  • Wrong Address Disclaimer:
    • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us or call us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
    • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the reimbursement.
  • Important Note to All Customers Outside of United States:
    • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fee might be, so we recommend that you contact your country's customs officer or tax agent for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
