Return Policy


  • What is your Return Policy?
    • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please go to Return Center(HERE) within 14 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. You must include a photo of the damage / defect.
    • We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment or online store credit within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
    • Items marked with SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any question, please contact 
    • ACCESSORIES are not eligible for returns.
  • All returned items must still have the original tags on them.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have make up, stain, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. You will receive an email notification regarding the return status.
  • Free Return for all U.S. orders except Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. We'll send you a pre-paid label for return shipment after return claim is completed via Return Center(HERE). 
  • For approved returns, return label will be sent. Please print out the label and put return items in the return plastic bag that is included in your shipment arrived. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and drop off at USPS Post Office.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements but still we receive, you will be contacted and the items returned to you and you will be responsible to call and pay a $8.00 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the item will be donated to charity. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
  • Approved for a return or refund item(s), an email notification will be sent to the email address associaed with your account and refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returns are confirmed.
  • If you believe that you have received Defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, or if you have any questions, concern or just want to tell us how much you love us, please go to Return Center(HERE).
  • If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply the credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email before placing your order.
  • Exchanges:
    • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we sometimes are unable to offer exchanges on any items. 
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and the shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit must be used for future purchases.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor lighting, computer and mobile devices monitor resolutions. Clothing pattern may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
